Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of azaro.cc and any services provided through it (the "Service"), operated by Azaro("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What this Service is
azaro.cc is a directory of community-contributed Lua scripts. Scripts are authored by independent third parties and aggregated for convenience. We do not author every script ourselves, we do not distribute, sell, or operate any third-party game client or runtime environment, and we do not warrant that any script will work, be safe to run, or be free of defects. How and where you choose to run a script is solely your decision.
2. Eligibility & age
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or buy Premium.
- You must not be subject to sanctions or prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.
- If we discover an account belongs to someone under 16, we will delete it.
3. Your responsibilities when using scripts
You are solely responsible for what you do with any script obtained through the Service. That includes:
- Complying with the terms of service of any platform, game, or piece of software the script interacts with.
- Complying with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
- Accepting that running third-party scripts in any game or application may result in account suspension, item loss, or permanent bans by the operator of that game or application. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for those outcomes.
4. Account security
- You're responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account, sell access to it, or use someone else's account.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access parts of the Service you're not authorized to access.
- Run automated scrapers, denial-of-service tooling, or load-generation attacks against the Service.
- Re-distribute, resell, or rehost Premium content outside the Service.
- Upload or attempt to upload content containing malware, credential stealers, or anything designed to harm other users' devices.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or facilitate illegal activity against another person.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, with no obligation to refund.
6. Free tier and the Linkvertise gate
The free tier of the Service is supported by Linkvertise. To get a script, free users complete a Linkvertise step before being redirected to the script's payload host. The Linkvertise experience is operated by Linkvertise GmbH and is governed by their own terms — we don't control the ads shown there.
7. Premium membership
- Premium costs £10 per month (or local-currency equivalent at checkout).
- Payment is processed via BTCPay Server. Accepted methods include Bitcoin and Monero.
- Premium is not auto-renewing. To extend, pay another invoice when prompted. Your benefits end at the end of the paid period unless renewed.
- Premium grants direct script access (no Linkvertise) and access to scripts marked "Premium only" for the duration of the membership.
- The benefits of Premium are personal to you and non-transferable.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Third-party content
Scripts on the Service are typically authored by third parties. We make reasonable efforts to remove malicious content, but we do not pre-vet every line of code. By downloading and running a script, you acknowledge you do so at your own risk.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@azaro.cc with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL on azaro.cc, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Intellectual property
- The Service's branding, code, and design are owned by Azaro.
- Scripts retain whatever rights their authors hold; we make no claim over them.
- You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access scripts via the Service. That licence ends if you breach these Terms.
11. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, that scripts will continue to work after game patches, or that any specific feature will continue to exist.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
- We are not liable for losses arising from the operation of any third-party service (including but not limited to game platforms, Linkvertise, BTCPay, and payment networks).
- We are not liable for in-game items, virtual currency, account bans, or anything else you lose as a result of running a script.
- Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Azaro harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of any script, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time; close your account from the user area.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you've breached these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service.
- On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (liability, IP, governing law) remain in force.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that you may bring small consumer claims in your local courts where mandatory consumer law allows.
