Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund on Azaro Premium and how to ask for one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. UK / EU consumer cooling-off rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By starting to use Premium (e.g. accessing a Premium-only script or using Premium to bypass Linkvertise) you expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right from that moment.

If you have not used any Premium feature since paying, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — email support@azaro.cc from the address on your account.

2. After the 14-day window or first use

Premium is sold as a one-month, non-recurring access pass. After first use:

  • Refunds are not issued for time remaining on a paid month.
  • Refunds are not issued because a script stopped working after a game patch — that's a normal part of the service.
  • Refunds are not issued because of an account ban, item loss, or any in-game outcome from running a script. Your decision to run the script is yours.
  • Refunds are not issued for changes of mind.

3. When we will refund

We'll refund a Premium payment if any of these are true:

  • You were charged twice for the same period due to a billing error on our side.
  • The Service was completely unavailable for more than 5 consecutive days during your paid period and we couldn't restore it.
  • You're entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law that we can't lawfully exclude.

4. How refunds work for crypto payments

Premium payments are made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Monero) via BTCPay. If we approve a refund:

  • You'll receive the refund in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, sent to a wallet address you provide.
  • The refund amount equals the cryptocurrency amount you paid (not the fiat-equivalent at refund time). Crypto-asset volatility is your risk; we don't compensate for it.
  • Network fees for the refund transaction are deducted from the refund amount.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

Crypto payments are non-reversible at the protocol level. If you initiate any merchant-of-record chargeback or third-party payment dispute against a payment that's already been settled, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@azaro.cc from the address on your account, with:

  • Your account email
  • The approximate date of payment
  • The reason for the request
  • If approved: the wallet address to send the refund to

We'll respond within 7 working days.

7. Cancelling Premium

Premium does not auto-renew. Just stop paying. Your benefits end at the end of the already-paid period. There's nothing to cancel and no further charges.
